Job Description
DAF Fleet Services in Devizes is seeking a Customer Uptime Controller to ensure our customers' fleets remain available and productive. You will support uptime, liaise with the dealer network, and manage VOR progress while coordinating with third-party partners.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in customer service, strong communication skills, and good IT literacy. Training and career development are available, with a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule and competitive holiday entitlement.
