Freelance Fleet Project Manager - 12-Month Contract

Antwerp, Belgium Mon-Fri, 8 hrs/day

This company is a global leader in marine engineering and are hiring for a Fleet Project Manager to lead the onboarding of two new jack-up vessels and critical equipment into our Maximo asset management system.

You'll coordinate across engineering, digital, and operations teams to ensure accurate data integration and long-term asset reliability. This role is essential for maintaining operational readiness and driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage integration projects for two jack-up vessels
• Oversee asset data creation and maintenance strategy in Maximo
• Collaborate with engineering, digital teams, and vessel crew
• Ensure data quality and compliance with asset management standards
• Report progress to stakeholders and suggest process improvements

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Project management experience in maritime/offshore/heavy equipment
• Familiar with Maximo or similar systems
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and project tools (e.g., DevOps)

Preferred:

• PMP/PRINCE2 certification
• Experience in digital asset management and maritime operations
