Fleet People Performance Lead (Hybrid/Travel)

Carnival UK is seeking a Senior Manager, Fleet People Performance to lead and develop a high-performing onboard HR team across our P&O Cruises and Cunard fleet. The role combines strategic People leadership with hands-on coaching on vessels, with 25% travel.

You will oversee fleet-level HR performance, build capability, and act as the ship-to-shore interface, stepping into onboard leadership as needed. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid work (up to two days from home).
