Fleet Operations Analyst

PE Global are recruiting for a Fleet Operations Analyst on behalf of a global biopharmaceutical client based in London on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office).

Contract duration: 12 months

Rate: £24.73 per hour PAYE.

Job Responsibilities for this Fleet Operations Analyst role:

• Responsible for 'day to day' fleet operational activity in partnership with preferred fleet suppliers.
• Central point of contact for employees within our client's Company Car Scheme with focus on providing a fantastic customer experience and achieving service excellence.
• Production of all fleet management reporting - fuel auditing, car fleet payroll, and taxable benefit reports in accordance with program reporting schedule.
• Co-ordination of weekly HR data flow between our client and preferred fleet suppliers to include prioritisation of onboarding and leaver experience
• Maintenance of surplus vehicle log and proactive reallocation of vehicles in accordance with the car policy.
• Perform quarterly emissions (sustainability) procedure as informed by Fleet Director.

Requirements

• IFCM - Institute of Car Fleet Management or other recognised/certified fleet management body.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint, Tableau
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Great attention to detail and ability to perform numeric analysis with ease
• Experience of performing the role in a similar industry would be advantageous
