We focus on four key pillars: delivering outstanding customer experience, championing digital innovation, supporting fleet growth, and proactively managing risk. Key Responsibilities Support Internal Account Managers by producing high quality, data driven insights that help customers make informed, strategic fleet decisions. Create strategic review packs and bespoke analysis including mileage reviews, benchmarking, policy evaluations, sustainability assessments, and cost/spend analysis. Identify meaningful patterns and trends within fleet data, transforming these into actionable recommendations for customers. Contribute to a robust customer contact strategy across the IAM portfolio, ensuring insight and reporting consistently enhance the customer experience. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure data, insights, and customer materials are accurate, timely, and professionally presented. Present insight in a clear, engaging way that supports customer understanding and drives improved decision making. Champion the use of digital tools and data platforms to enhance insight quality and operational efficiency Essential Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong analytical capability and confidence working with data to uncover trends and generate meaningful insight. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal colleagues and stakeholders. Curious, proactive mindset and enthusiasm for learning new tools, ideas, and approaches. An interest in using insight to improve customer outcomes and drive continuous improvement. Desirable Skills Experience working with fleet, automotive, mobility or financial services data. Confidence using Power BI or similar visualisation tools. Understanding of electric vehicles, sustainability practices, or transport related environmental considerations.
