Fixed-term Salaried GP - c£12,000 per session No Duty Doctor Minimal Home Visits

Salary & Benefits

• c£12,000 - £12,500 per session
• Indemnity + GMC fees paid

Contract details

• Ideally starting in July/August, fixed-term until September 2027 covering a maternity
• Good scope for permanent role beyond contract-end

Workload & Structure

• 4-6 sessions
• 8 urgent appointments per day
• Remaining workload self-managed from your own patient list
• Protected follow-up slots (GP-controlled)
• No traditional duty doctor model - triage GP filters and distributes workload
• Virtually no home visits (Paramedics + Frailty team)
• No evenings or weekends

Requirements

• Qualified as a General Practitioner
