Fixed Term Full Time Warehouse Supervisor

Summary of role

We are looking for a Fixed-Term Full Time Warehouse Supervisor to support our small Warehouse team. The position will be based in Airways Industrial Estate, Santry, Dublin 17. The position will be 37.5 hours per week with flexibility needed across Monday to Friday, on a fixed term contract of 8 months. Business hours are 7 am to 5 pm.

We are looking for someone who

• Supporting the Warehouse Manager with the ordering, stock rotation, and management of stock in the warehouse and delegating responsibilities where applicable.
• Planning and prioritising daily tasks for the team and delegating accordingly.
• Picking and packing orders for goods out in a timely manner with strong attention to detail.
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and compliance with Health & Safety.
• Operating a pallet truck and trolley, and forklift where applicable.
• Demonstrating strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrating the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Demonstrating the ability to work to deadlines.
• Demonstrating strong administration skills.
• Carrying out stock counts regularly and supporting in stocktake when needed.
• Working alongside the Warehouse Manager in utilising BambooHR and Bizimply regularly to support strategic decisions.
• Generating fresh and innovative ideas, that support the business goals and objectives.
• Demonstrating reliability and consistency as a leader alongside your team.
• Supporting the Warehouse Manager by motivating all employees to work cohesively to meet day-to-day operational needs and company requirements.
• Having a strong understanding of the Employee Handbook and reviewing this document regularly to keep abreast of any changes.
• Supporting the Warehouse Manager drive a culture of continuous improvement amongst the team.
