Live-in: Bedroom and bathroom whilst on duty
Start: ASAP for 9-12 months
Rate: £70000- £85000 gross per annum (Candidate dependent)
Days: 1 week on/1 week off 24-hour cover

Key Requirements

• Fluent or native English
• Experience caring for children aged 3-5 years
• Ability to work independently and confidently within a fully staffed household
• Strong understanding of age appropriate child development
• Professional, discreet and highly organised
• Comfortable around dogs, cats and horses
• Available to travel extensively within Europe
• Norland qualification highly desirable

This is a 9-12-month temporary rota nanny position within a well organised Cotswolds household, supporting two children while their current nanny is on maternity leave. Set within a rural estate near Cheltenham, the role offers the opportunity to work within a structured, fully staffed environment where professionalism, discretion and initiative are key. The family are seeking an experienced rota nanny who can step confidently into the role, maintain continuity of care and provide a calm, consistent presence in the children's daily lives. The household is home to two children: A thoughtful and sociable 5-year-old girl who attends school full time and enjoys a structured routine, creative play and time outdoors. A 3-year-old boy who is not yet in nursery and benefits from a nurturing, engaging and developmentally focused approach tailored to early years learning and exploration. Both parents have demanding careers and are frequently working outside the home, although they may occasionally be present during the day. The nanny must be confident working independently, taking initiative and managing the children's routines and activities seamlessly, while also understanding when to step back to allow space for family time.
