Fixed Income Product Specialist/Investment Specialist (Spanish speaker), Asset Management, London

Responsibilities

• Act as a proxy for the firm's fixed income portfolio managers at technical pitches, conferences, and client meetings.
• Be the product specialist representing fixed income strategies to external intermediary/wholesale clients.
• Clearly communicate and articulate the firm's investment process and research capabilities.
• Produce technical content and thought leadership.
• Create and own technical marketing material and performance commentaries.
• Conduct detailed portfolio reviews.
• Work closely with PMs and CIO on product and investment strategy.
• Collaborate with sales teams to help drive business and revenue.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree (minimum 2.1).
• CFA or Masters degree preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• 7-10+ years of experience within asset management, particularly in an investment or technical distribution role.
• 3-5 years directly in a similar investment specialist/client portfolio manager/product specialist role.
• Proven in-depth fixed income knowledge.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate complex investment philosophies.
• Strong business development drive with the ability to close deals.
