Fitness Manager

Fitness and Wellbeing Manager - Hertford FWC - Fitness & Wellbeing Club - Permanent contract - Full time - Up to £32,000 per annum - 40 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a personal or fitness trainer with team management responsibilities.
• Qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level.
• Studio experience and track record of driving PT revenue.
• Ability to design effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals.

• Take on a commercial role spanning management, governance and sales of major services.
• Report to the Programme Director and line manage the fitness team.
• Organise and implement class timetables.
• Oversee fitness programming, from studio classes to personal training.
• Continually improve site standards and develop ways to drive team performance.
• Drive, develop and support your team to achieve ambitious sales and KPI goals.
