This leading inbound travel company are looking for a FIT Supervisor to join their dedicated team. The FIT Reservations Supervisor plays a vital leadership role within the FIT Reservations team. You'll support daily operations, drive high standards in service delivery, and mentor team members-all while leading by example in handling quotations and complex bookings.

FIT Supervisor Role and Responsibilities

• Handle complex FIT bookings
• Manage daily operations and allocation of bookings and enquiries
• Support with complaint resolution
• Manage key overseas partnerships
• Coordinate emergency phone scheduling and staff briefings

FIT Supervisor Skills and Experience required

• Proven experience in FIT or travel operations
• Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities
• Proficiency with Tourplan an advantage
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Good commercial acumen
