Brightwork Limited is seeking Production Operatives for a busy Fish Processing Factory in Lerwick, Shetland Islands. This role offers a 6-month contract with a guaranteed pay rate of £13.45 per hour for 40 hours per week. Ideal candidates are reliable, flexible, and willing to work as part of a team.

The position provides full training, quality accommodation close to the site, and fully paid travel to and from the island. Experience is preferable but not mandatory.
