Shift patterns: 2 weeks of 5am - 13:00pm then 2 weeks of 13:00 - 21:00pm

We're now looking for a Transport Manager to take the helm of our daily transport operations!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Supervise and motivate a team of drivers and logistics staff, providing coaching and conducting performance reviews to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure adherence to transport regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies, maintaining operational integrity and compliance. Monitor daily transport operations to optimize efficiency and address delivery issues in collaboration with customer service teams, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Analysis & Reporting: Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement areas, preparing reports on operational performance and compliance for senior management.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• In-depth understanding of transport operations, logistics processes, and compliance regulations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Possession of an International Operator's License, demonstrating knowledge of international transport regulations and standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to address challenges proactively and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Hold an International CPC Qualification (essential)
