First-Line Customer Support Specialist

Depotnet, located in Henley-in-Arden, seeks a Customer Support Officer to manage day-to-day customer inquiries via phone, email and tickets. You will handle first-line incident management and troubleshooting, capture evidence, reproduce steps, and create development tasks for fixes.

The role requires strong problem-solving, ability to work under pressure, familiarity with ServiceNow, Zendesk or Freshdesk, and good Excel/MS Office skills.
