Job Description

HCRG Care Group seeks an experienced Quality & Safety Trainer focused on delivering Fire Safety, Warden and Evacuation training. The role involves delivering additional Q&S training such as BLS, PM&H and conflict resolution for clinical colleagues across Community Adult and Children's Services.

Part-time or flexible arrangements are welcome to help make a real difference. Travel to Essex, Kent and Prison hubs (Chelmsford & Norwich) is required.
