The Fire Risk Assessor's Role

As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive fire safety assessments and solutions for a range of properties in North London. Working autonomously, you'll enjoy managing your own schedule and taking ownership of your projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings.
2. Identify and implement effective fire safety solutions.
3. Prepare and manage detailed fire safety documents, policies, and procedures.
4. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance and deliver exceptional service.
5. Contribute to the consultancy's growing reputation within the fire safety sector.

The Ideal Fire Risk Assessor Will Have

1. At least 1+ years' experience in fire risk assessment.
2. Experience conducting Type 1-4 risk assessments (training provided if necessary).
3. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
4. Knowledge of the retail and commercial sectors is advantageous.
5. A proactive attitude and a desire for career progression.

1. Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
