Fintech Customer Service Team Leader

Zopa Bank Limited in Manchester is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to coach and manage a team of frontline agents, delivering outstanding service across our product range. You'll drive performance, develop people, and align daily work with company targets while keeping customers at the heart of decisions.

You'll use data to monitor KPIs, coach on performance, and partner with product and WFM teams to improve processes. A hybrid pattern with three days in the office is expected.
