Finishing Foreperson (Internals/Externals)

Hays Construction are currently representing an established Northern Ireland contractor with a strong track record across the residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors. Due to ongoing project requirements, they are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreperson for a temporary/freelance assignment on a social housing scheme in Belfast.

Your new role
As Finishing Foreperson, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing stages of the project, coordinating trades and ensuring works are completed to a high standard and in line with programme. You will manage snagging and remedial works, monitor quality, coordinate subcontractors and ensure properties are ready for handover. You will also maintain strong health and safety standards and work closely with the Contracts Manager and wider project team to keep works progressing.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working as a Finishing Foreperson, Finishing Manager or similar role, ideally on social housing, residential new build or refurbishment schemes. You will have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple finishing trades. A valid CSR/CSCS card and relevant site experience will be required.
