Comer Group Ireland is currently recruiting an experienced and motivated Finishing Foreman to assist in the delivery of a major high rise residential development with an underground car park in South Dublin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finishing and general construction works to ensure compliance with design specifications and schedules
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades personnel on site
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Welfare policies at all times
• Attend site management and planning meetings regularly
• Monitor all works on site to ensure quality, compliance, and continuity
• Constantly drive all subcontractors to completion whilst keeping quality maintained throughout.
• Ensure plant and equipment are used and maintained properly
• Uphold the highest quality standards across all site activities

Experience Required

• 5+ years' experience in a Foreman role on large scale construction projects
• Background in residential and/or underground car park construction is highly desirable
• Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skillsli>
• Ability to manage time and personnel effectively
• Proficiency in site administration and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Trade certification or a construction related degree
• First Aid and CIF Managing Safely in Construction certification
• Experience with high rise developments and underground structures
