For our client, a watchmaking house, we are looking for a permanent position as: Finisher (m/f).Responsibilities:- Ensure the conformity and quality of parts, by adhering to defined standards.- Ensure compliance with aesthetic requirements according to the current control protocols.- Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts, formalizing proposals.- Carry out the reading of plans, simple aesthetic and dimensional controls, in accordance with internal procedures and using the company's software.- Organize and maintain the workstation, ensuring the regular maintenance of tools and equipment.- Strictly apply workplace safety rules.- Contribute to team dynamics by promoting cohesion and a spirit of collaboration.Requirements:- Holder of a CFC in finishing in dressing.- Experience in finishing high value-added watch parts.- Complete mastery of finishing and surface techniques.- Proficiency in using visual acuity and attention to detail.- A rigorous, dynamic personality, with a strong team spirit.- Ability to observe, analyze, and propose applicable changes that are shared by all teams. jidc21fe27aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
