The EHL School of Practical Arts department is responsible for delivering hands-on training in key hospitality skills, such as culinary arts, service excellence, and guest relations. It ensures that students gain practical experience in real-world settings, preparing them to meet industry standards. What will you do?

• Support the Restaurant Manager in supervising and coordinating daily operational activities.
• Support the service team through planning and operational activities. Ensure the consistent quality, positioning and standards of a gourmet restaurant.
• Act as a representative point of contact in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. Collaborate with other departments linked to the Restaurant activities.
• Contribute to financial management by assisting with budget monitoring, cost control and purchase requests.
• Participate actively in the promotion and representation of the EHL brand through exemplary service and professional conduct.
• Contribute to the pedagogical aspect of the workshop by supporting students and assisting the lecturers.

Who you are?

• You have a CFC or an equivalent diploma.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position within a gastronomic restaurant.
• You have previous experience working in a Michelin-star restaurant.
• You have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of initiative, and solid organizational abilities.
• You are creative, flexible, and result-oriented.
• You are strongly guest-oriented.
• You have proven team-management experience.
• You are fluent in French and English (C1).
