Our client, Fuji Seal in Deurne, a global leader in packaging innovation, is looking for a

Finance Manager

to join its European holding (FSBV). With the company transitioning into a central holding structure, this role offers the rare opportunity to shape the future of finance in a lean but influential environment.

Your role:

You'll lead all financial activities of the FSBV holding - including accounting, budgeting, cost allocation and recharging across the group. At the same time, you'll play a key role in major strategic projects:

• M&A support (due diligence, integration)
• ERP implementation (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Annual impairment testing coordination
• Treasury and cash pooling management

This role reports directly to the CFO Europe and collaborates closely with senior stakeholders across Europe. You will lead a financial accountant and a credit controller. It's an ideal match for someone who combines financial discipline with business curiosity and project drive.

Your profile:

• 5-8 years of experience in Finance, Controlling or similar roles
• Solid knowledge of Dutch GAAP and intercompany processes
• Experience with M&A, ERP or treasury is a strong advantage
• You're structured, proactive and thrive in a complex, international environment
• Fluent in English (Dutch or German is a plus)
