Overview

In this role, you'll help support financial services activity across the team, working in a setting that values clear communication, accountability and doing business the right way.

How you'll make an impact

You'll support the team with day-to-day financial services administration and help keep work accurate, organised and on track. You'll work with colleagues to manage records, follow internal processes and respond to queries in a timely way.

You may also help with:

  • keeping files, documents and correspondence up to date
  • supporting reviews, reporting and follow-up actions
  • helping to prepare information for colleagues and clients
  • working across teams to make sure tasks are completed properly and on time
  • helping to maintain consistent standards in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
About you

Here's what you'll bring to the role:

  • Fully or part QFA qualified with a strong understanding of financial services and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in financial services, administration, compliance or client support
  • Ability to keep information accurate and organised
  • Ability to explain information clearly in writing and over the phone
  • A practical approach to following process and meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business systems
  • A relevant financial services qualification, or willingness to work towards one if required
