Recruit UK are working with a well-respected financial management firm in London, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial planning administrator to join their growing team.

As a financial planning administrator, you will manage all aspects of financial services administration, including processing letters of authority, preparing client documentation, and liaising with providers and clients.

Responsibilities for the Financial Planning Administrator include:

• Supporting financial advisors
• Obtaining valuations and performance data
• Printing and collating client reports/application pack
• Processing of dealings, withdrawals, applications, bereavements, power of attorneys
• Managing client data on XPLAN
