Financial Planning Administrator

An opportunity has become available for a Financial Planning Administrator to join a growing financial planning firm in a fully home-based position.

Your role will include but will not be limited to:

1. Handle all incoming calls/emails in a professional and efficient manner.
2. Manage all customer queries efficiently, passing only those requiring advice to the Financial Planner.
3. Record annual review dates on the back office system and monitor regularly.
4. Plan, book, and prepare for all annual review meetings, ensuring none are missed.
5. Work with the Financial Planner to ensure all customers receive the service they are paying for and expect.
6. Help clients register for, navigate, and update their accounts.
7. Keep the Financial Planner & clients regularly updated on the progress of outstanding cases and deal with any technical queries.
8. Collate and pre-populate New Business / Servicing forms and application packs.
9. Process all new business, ensuring all transactions are tracked through to accurate and timely completion.
10. Create and update client platform account records.

The ideal candidate will:

1. Have previous experience working within a similar role.
2. Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
3. Demonstrate excellent diary management, planning, and organizational skills.
4. Have excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Prove the ability to work on own initiative.
6. Have an excellent telephone manner.
7. Show a proven high level of customer service.
