Financial Controller

Position: Hotel Financial Controller

Location: Trim, Co. Meath

Salary: €75,000 per annum + 10% bonus on agreed KPIs

Contract: Full-time, 39 hours

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced Hotel Financial Controller in Trim, Co. Meath.

This is a key leadership role within the hotel, responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, ensuring strong financial controls, and supporting the senior management team in driving overall business performance.

The Duties:

• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly management accounts and provide detailed analysis to senior leadership
• Monitor cash flow, costs, and financial performance across all departments
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audits, and internal controls
• Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and revenue reconciliation
• Partner with department heads to support commercial decision-making
• Drive cost control initiatives and improve overall financial efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

The Must-Requirements to be Considered:

• Must have experience in hospitality finance
• Must have experience in a Financial Controller role or be ready to step up into the position
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and relocation packages are not provided
