What you are going to do

As Financial Controller, you will be a key figure in the newly established Corporate Finance department. You will act as the linchpin for ensuring the integrity and consistency of monthly financial reporting, financial accounting, and ESG reporting processes across regions. In this role, you'll advise regional teams and help safeguard the reliability of financial reports and controls. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial consolidation, reporting, and control across multiple regions, including EMEA and the Americas. You will play a key role in reviewing the quality of accounting records and driving the financial integrity of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and review periodic closing and reporting requirements for Tradin Group companies.
• Coordinate and prepare financial consolidation, ensuring alignment with IFRS and company guidelines.
• Support the development and maintenance of the Consolidation and Reporting Software (Hyperion HFM).
• Assist in developing internal controls, accounting policies, and ESG reporting.
• Collaborate closely with finance teams across regions to ensure consistent application of financial processes.
• Act as a key contact for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Provide feedback and solutions to optimize financial processes and systems.

This is you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent qualification (RA/RC).
• 3-5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in an international, multicurrency environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial consolidation, and reporting.
• (Advanced) skills with HFM is not a requirement but a nice to have.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Experience in managing and improving internal controls and financial processes.
