Your role
As a Financial Controller within our Finance Team, you will play a key role in supporting externally funded projects by strengthening data monitoring and enhancing financial reporting processes, in line with funder requirements and standards.
Your tasks:
- Support the External Funding Team in financial reporting by developing clear procedures and checklists
- Prepare standardized financial reports that comply with project-specific financial guidelines
- Provide support during financial audits related to externally funded projects
- Maintain well-structured databases to facilitate regular financial reporting
- Design and implement monitoring tools to ensure accurate and timely data quality
- Assist in the development and analysis of reports using SAP and Power BI
Your profile
- University degree in Management Studies or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost controlling and financial reporting
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken
