Financial Controller - VR/30954

TMM has been engaged to appoint an experienced Financial Controller on a full time staff basis to play a key role in supporting the Chief Financial & Performance Officer (CFPO) whilst leading a finance function into its next phase of growth and innovation.

This is a high-impact position offering strategic oversight across financial planning, reporting, compliance, and internal controls, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and automation. You'll lead and develop a skilled Finance Team, champion data-driven decision-making, and be a visible and trusted leader both internally and in the wider community.

The Opportunity:

• Partner with the CFPO to deliver strategic financial leadership.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Improve and automate financial processes and systems.
• Leverage data analytics to support complex, high-level decision-making.
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Represent finance across the business and in the local community.

Who are we looking for:

• Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• 10+ years' experience with min 5+ years' experience in a financial leadership/line management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven track record of financial planning and performance insight.
• Proficiency in accounting software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
