We're partnering with a high-growth, international services and technology business to hire a Financial Controller, supporting a key regional entity within a wider global group.

The business operates at the intersection of technology, infrastructure, and mission-critical services, delivering integrated solutions that support large enterprises, public sector organisations, and complex operational environments. With a strong reputation for service excellence and a highly people-centric culture, the group has scaled significantly over the past two decades and now operates across multiple continents with thousands of employees globally.

Growth has been driven through a combination of organic expansion and strategic acquisitions, creating a dynamic, multi-entity environment with increasing demand for strong financial leadership and commercial insight.

This is a broad Financial Controller position with ownership of financial reporting, controls, and team leadership, alongside meaningful exposure to commercial decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Leading and developing a small finance team
• Driving improvements in processes, controls, and systems
• Business partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Managing audit and compliance requirements

We're looking for a hands on, commercially aware finance leader who thrives in a fast paced, evolving environment.

You will likely have:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification
• Experience in a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager role
• Background in a multi-entity, services-led, or project-based environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, improvement-focused mindset
