FINANCIAL CONTROLER

Nexeo Belgium is looking for a Financial Controller - Expert to support strategic financial performance within a major banking institution.

As a Financial Controller, you will:

• Provide daily support to IT and business teams on budget management, financial planning, and forecasting activities.
• Track, analyze, and report on key cost categories, including internal resources, subcontracting, and operational expenses.
• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts: initiation, validation, follow-up, and closure.
• Act as a finance partner to stakeholders such as Tribe Leads, Contract Managers, and Procurement teams.
• Ensure end-to-end financial process integrity using internal tools and methodologies.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial controlling or performance management, preferably in a banking environment.
• Strong command of Excel and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with BNPP financial tools and processes is a plus.
• Fluent in English, with good knowledge of French or Dutch.
