Position: Financial Analyst / Accounts Receivable

Salary: €45,000 to €50,000 depending on experience + excellent pension, holiday allowance, commuting allowance, generous holiday entitlement.

Full time, on-site: Normal working pattern is Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week. (There may be an option to work from home 1 day a week once you have settled into the role.)

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Coface, Credit Limit monitoring & Control
• Preparation of a Business case for customers with documents to increase the credit limit
• Preparation of turnover report at the end of the year for Coface insurance renewal
• Ensuring invoice reconciliation on the customer portal to ensure early signs of trouble and ensuring record time collection
• Prepare Accounts Receivable reports and summaries for management review.
• Prepare reports of all disputed cases with the customer and discuss with the respective department, closing them on time.
• Preparing and delivering business reports and market analysis
• Preparation of reports and presentations for management on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Work closely with SFC to prepare reports - analyse data. Proactively identifying and addressing business risks and opportunities. Supporting financial month-end close, variance analysis
• Implementing process improvements in financial planning, analysis, and cost control
• Working for complete insurance work of P&M, building, and office equipment
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.

What background and experience are the company looking for?

Ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG industry, who has interacted with retailers.

Dutch language is a must so will need to be based in Netherlands.

SAP and MS Excel

Degree in Accounting or Finance

2+ years of experience in accounting or accounts receivable roles.
