We have an exciting opportunity for an existing Adviser looking to further progress their career with a progressive, forward looking business. The role involves looking after an existing client bank covering the Gloucestershire/Herefordshire area. The nearest local office is Bristol

If you fit the following criteria, this could be the ideal role for you:

• 2 years' experience as an Adviser and achieved Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
• Hold a current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)
• IT literate
• Able to work from home or own office
• Able to manage your own time and business relationships
• Maintain and build a business model based around client support
• Strong Compliance focus.
• Brand aware and professional at all times
• Passionate about your work and added value you give to clients
• Forward thinking and accepting of change
• Beyond 'Fit and Proper' standards
• Aspirational in setting and achieving goals

Key Benefits

• Competitive salary between £45,000 - £48,000
• Opportunity to start earning bonus immediately
