The Role:

• Develop and maintain a client pipeline, achieving individual targets through relationship management and lead generation.
• Conduct detailed financial reviews, offering tailored advice and recommending the best-suited products.
• Regularly interact with internal and external networks to enhance business opportunities.

The Person:

• Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) essential; additional qualifications like RPA, AIIPM, or CFP are desirable.
• A minimum of 5-7 years' sales experience in the Life and Pensions industry, preferably within a broker environment.
