Financial Adviser - Top 20 SJP Practice
London Salary circa £40,000 (+ Bonus) - with a clear route to Self-Employed status
An exceptional opportunity has arisen with one of the Top 20 St. James's Place Partner Practices, based in London, managing circa £1bn AUM. This is a highly ambitious business who is looking to add an experienced Financial Adviser to their growing team.
The Opportunity
You will be handed an existing client book to manage from day one, alongside full support to help you grow it further - including business development support, client introductions, and assistance with CAS sign-off. After an initial 6-12-month period, you'll receive dedicated administrative and paraplanning support, freeing you up to focus on advice and client relationships.
The firm also operates a joint venture with a leading platform, generating a valuable additional referral and revenue stream for advisers on top of their core client work.
While the role starts on an employed basis (circa £40k + bonus), the firm's strong preference - and the more lucrative long-term path - is for advisers to transition to self-employed status after 12 months, in line with how the practice's top earners are structured.
