Join a Firm Where Excellence Is the Standard

Are you an experienced Financial Planning Administrator looking for an opportunity to join a genuinely prestigious Chartered Financial Planning firm where your contribution will be recognised, your development encouraged and your career given room to flourish?

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a multi-award-winning firm of Chartered Financial Planners with an outstanding reputation for delivering sophisticated, genuinely holistic financial planning to private clients and their families.

Having worked closely with this business for a number of years, we know first-hand that this is an organisation that combines professional excellence with a refreshingly personable culture. Their continued success has been built organically, through the strength of their client relationships, the quality of their advice and the calibre of their people.

Due to continued growth in an established adviser's client portfolio, they are now looking to appoint a Financial Planning Administrator / Wealth Planning Administrator to provide dedicated support to their financial advisors.

This is an opportunity to become an integral part of a successful team and play a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive the exceptional service for which the business is renowned.

The Opportunity

Working alongside an approachable, highly successful Chartered Financial Adviser and their Paraplanning team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the client journey.

You will be involved in a broad and rewarding range of responsibilities, including:

  • Supporting the onboarding of new clients, gathering personal and financial information and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Conducting AML and client verification checks.
  • Preparing and issuing Letters of Authority and liaising with providers and third parties.
  • Supporting the end-to-end annual review process, ensuring clients receive a seamless and professional experience.
  • Liaising directly with clients, developing trusted relationships and becoming a familiar and valued point of contact.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring all administrative processes are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Providing wider administrative and technical support to the adviser and Paraplanning team as required.

Importantly, this is not a purely back-office administration position. You will have genuine exposure to clients and will have the opportunity to develop strong, long-term relationships with the advisors that you are supporting.

About You

You will ideally have 1-2 years' experience within Financial Services, preferably gained within a Financial Planning, Wealth Management or IFA environment.

You may be an experienced Administrator looking for your next step, someone returning to financial services after a career break, or perhaps an individual seeking a more balanced role where you can continue to use your professional skills without the intensity of a heavily target-driven environment.

What matters most is that you are:

  • Organised, conscientious and exceptionally detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working across a varied range of Financial Planning administration.
  • Confident communicating with clients and building professional relationships.
  • Professional, personable and naturally service-focused.
  • Able to manage competing priorities whilst maintaining accuracy.
  • Keen to develop your knowledge and build a long-term career within Wealth Management.

Previous experience with client onboarding, AML, Letters of Authority and annual review processes would be highly advantageous.

Why This Opportunity?

There are Financial Planning businesses where administration is simply about processing paperwork.

This isn't one of them.

Here, you will be joining a highly regarded, ethical and genuinely people-focused organisation where the quality of the client experience is paramount.

You will work alongside a successful and approachable adviser who values their team, recognises individual contribution and is committed to providing additional training and support where required.

For the right person, this could be the opportunity to establish a long-term and rewarding career within an exceptional Wealth Management environment, whilst enjoying the stability, flexibility and work-life balance that comes with a well-established and forward-thinking firm.

The Package

  • £32,000 - £38,000 salary, depending on experience
  • Bonus
  • 25 days' holiday
  • Excellent benefits package
  • Part-home / hybrid working
  • Genuine career development and progression
  • Extensive training and support
  • A friendly, supportive and highly professional working environment

Interested?

If you are an ambitious and personable Financial Planning Administrator who would relish the opportunity to join a highly successful Financial Planning firm, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Please send your CV and contact details to Ryan Wootten at Financial Divisions.
