Hands-on exposure to group statutory reporting (IFRS)

Consolidations experience learning the process, not just assisting

Involvement across management accounts, budgeting, forecasting & cash flow

Active role in ERP / systems development and strengthening controls

Close mentorship from a strong Financial Controller with a clear route into management

Profile

ACA / ACCA qualified

Currently in practice or early-stage industry

Strong technical grounding (IFRS / UK GAAP)

Curious, commercially minded and ambitious for progression
