A leading international organisation based in Cambridge is searching for a dynamic Financial Accountant to play a key role in streamlining financial processes and enhancing reporting accuracy across its global network.

As a Financial Accountant you will:

• Lead the implementation and management of IFRS16 lease accounting across subsidiaries, ensuring smooth integration and compliance.
• Take ownership of lease reporting processes, driving accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide expert training and support to finance teams on IFRS9 expected credit loss methodology.
• Play a key role in rolling out a new consolidation reporting tool, improving financial oversight.
• Proactively address audit queries and identify opportunities for process enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified, with a strong technical accounting background.
• Proven experience in IFRS16 and IFRS9 reporting within a multinational environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for financial detail and process improvement.

As a Financial Accountant you will get?

• Salary of £55,000 - £60,000
