Your Role

An exciting opportunity to join a global real estate company working within their accounting team in their Canary Wharf office. You'll support the financial operations, reporting, and analysis, specifically focusing on property investments.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting and valuations for your property portfolio.
• Process transactions, manage cash flows, and oversee data within the ERP and reporting systems.
• Ensure compliance with tax obligations (e.g., VAT and CIS filings) and support external audits.
• Collaborate with third parties including tax advisers.
• Support broader investment reporting and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience in accounting, ideally within Real Estate.
• Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.
• Proactive and adaptable, able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Clear communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
