Finance Transformation: Target Operating Model Lead

The Crown Estate is seeking a Target Operating Model Lead to design and implement a new Finance TOM, shaping future operating models and governance structures. You will partner with a third-party consultant, HR and Finance leaders to deliver a sustainable, technology-enabled organisation.

Leading the TOM workstream, you will drive future-state structures, capability frameworks and transition plans, ensuring effective adoption and continuous improvement across the finance function.
