Finance Transformation Lead (x3) Location: Northampton Day rate: £650 per day Contract length: up until 31st March 2027 About the Role Our large facilities management client is seeking three experienced Finance Transformation Leads to join a major large Fleet Transformation Programme based in Northampton. This is a high-impact programme focused on driving end-to-end financial and operational transformation, with a strong emphasis on cost efficiency, financial modelling, and senior stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of workstreams within a large-scale £20m transformation programme Drive change initiatives and embed a strong continuous improvement mindset across finance and operational teams Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and programme outcomes Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including challenging assumptions where required Provide clear, concise updates on programme performance to senior leadership Support decision-making through high-quality financial insight and analysis About You Strong background in finance transformation, FP&A, or large-scale change programmes Confident financial modeller with excellent analytical capability Proven experience influencing and challenging senior stakeholders Strong commercial mindset with a focus on cost optimisation and value delivery Able to translate complex programme data into clear executive-level messaging Comfortable working in fast-paced, large-scale transformation environments Why Apply?
