Finance Tool Application Manager/Project Manager - 6months + - Poland (Remote)

Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking an Application Manager/Project Manager for a Capex Planning Tool Implementation & Integration Project.

Our client, a global player in the energy sector, is expanding its manufacturing base to meet growing demand and has launched a cloud-based capital budgeting tool for internal use and planning.

This role will support the ongoing implementation and improvement of this application and integration of the tool with SAP ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the backlog of change requests and coordinate with the vendor for implementation and validation.
• Develop and maintain training documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Manage user requirements and coordinate with development teams for timely report delivery.
• Lead the Capex planning tool-SAP integration project from initiation to completion.
• Schedule and facilitate governance meetings (CAB, monthly updates, weekly team meetings).
• Manage internal project gate processes, including planning, documentation, and sign-offs.
• Assist in creating business requirements, test scripts, and training materials.
• Support testing execution activities.

Requirements:

• Strong IT project management skills.
• Experience in building IT integrations.
• Knowledge of finance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• SAP FI/CO experience.
• Effective communication skills with both business users and technical teams.
• Ability to create and maintain documentation in English.
• Familiarity with IT project governance processes.
• Start date: 1st October/1st November 2025
• Duration: 6 Month initial contract
• Location: Poland is the preferred location (Remote in Europe may be considered)
