Finance Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling the employee expenses in accordance with company policies ( like credit card settlement, cash advance management, reimbursement)
• Cashflow forecasting and management, Support local payment.
• Local Audit Support
• support tax agency to finish monthly invoice upload to tax platform, local tax compliance
• Coordinate with Headquarter for finance related matters
• Other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Master degree in finance or accounting field, At least 3 years working experience in a multinational company for a role as financial analysis accountant.
• Ability to perform extremely detailed tasks and organize heavy workload independently
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial analysis and reconciliations
• Strong flexibility and adaptability with strong organizational skills
• Team player with hands on approach to problem solving
• Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative work style, and ability to effectively manage shifting priorities
• Excellent skills in MS Excel and other MS Office tools; lookup and pivot table would be an advantage

Languages

Excellent English and Spanish language skills both spoken and written. Chinese language skill is preferred.
