Finance Specialist (IFS ERP or SAP FICO)

Locations: Belgium, Flanders OR Netherlands

Due to sustained growth, my client has recently implemented a new ERP system to support their organization's future development. As a Finance Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing and optimizing financial processes across the business.

In this internal position, you will collaborate with various teams to streamline finance operations and ensure their systems remain effective and scalable. You'll analyze current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions using IFS Cloud (or similar platforms).

You will also train end users and provide ongoing support post-implementation, continuously driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize financial workflows and systems
• Implement enhancements within IFS Cloud or comparable ERP environments
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for different departments
• Deliver user training and support a smooth system transition
• Offer ongoing support and drive improvements post go-live
• Contribute to efficient financial reporting and data analysis

Your Profile

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance role, ideally with IFS Cloud or SAP FICO
• Strong analytical and process optimization skills
• Deep understanding of financial systems and implementation processes
• Independent, proactive mindset with strong team collaboration
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus
• Willingness to work from offices in Belgium (Ghent) or the Netherlands, with regular presence at the Belgian HQ
• Experience in user training and post-implementation support is advantageous
