Finance Officer

• Assisting with budget and financial planning discussions

• Supporting the preparation of management accounts and financial reports

• Responding to finance queries from managers and non-finance colleagues

• Supporting budget monitoring, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

• Assisting with general finance and accounting administration

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts-based role

• Confidence with accounting principles and ideally experience with management accounts

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Good IT skills, including Excel and finance systems

• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• 3-month temporary role, with potential for extension

• Competitive hourly rate

• Flexible/hybrid working arrangements (subject to service needs)
