Overview of the Role

Join our Global Procurement team at RS Integrated Supply as a Finance Manager. You will support supplier-facing commercial activities, focusing on revenue, spend, productivity, and payment terms, reporting to the Commercial Finance Director and collaborating with global teams.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop revenue and gross margin targets with Procurement leads for the annual budget.
2. Financial Forecasting: Create accurate forecasts and trend analyses for future performance.
3. Client Profitability: Incorporate supplier metrics into client profitability analysis and optimize P&L and cash flow.
4. Financial Reporting: Track and report supplier revenues accurately.
5. Productivity Metrics: Develop metrics to monitor procurement efficiency and support strategic planning.
6. Working Capital Management: Collaborate on cash flow management and optimize payment terms.
7. Process Improvement: Enhance procurement activities through continuous improvement and system evaluation.

About You

• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, standards, and metrics.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and propose solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presenting financial information.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Integrity: Commitment to ethics and confidentiality.
• Desirable Experience: Experience in a global matrix organization, industry knowledge, proficiency in financial software (Excel, SAP, JDE, OneStream).
• Qualifications: CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.
