Finance Manager Hybrid-Working

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to join a growing, ambitious business and "own" the finance function.

It is a stand alone role within a "startup" type environment, where you'll be owning the following duties

• Management accounts
• Cash flow Forecasting
• Running Payroll
• VAT Returns
• CIS Payments
• Purchase and Sales Ledger activities

This would suit an ambitious individual, who wants to kick on and has future FC/FD aspirations.

The ideal candidate will

• Have experience of CIS/ Subcontractor payments
• Have experience of preparing VAT returns and management accounts (even if on a small scale)
• Have varied finance experience, gained within an SME environment
• Have used Xero previously
• Be analytical, with a knack for improving processes and systems

In return, the successful candidate will receive

• A flexible role (on both hours and the ability to work from home for up to two days per week). The Director would also be open to someone on a 4 day per week basis
