Finance Manager English & Dutch

As a Financial Operations Associate, you'll oversee daily financial record management for our global webshops, maintaining purchase, sales, and banking data accuracy. Collaborating with colleagues, your role ensures financial integrity and supports the team with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:

• Processing and verifying both incoming and outgoing invoices and financial transactions.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintaining and reviewing daily financial records.
• Executing invoice payments.
• Handling journal entries.
• Organizing and storing financial documentation.
• Contributing suggestions for process enhancements.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Dutch both written and verbal (German is a big plus)
• Completion of education in financial operations
• Relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Proficiency in software relevant to financial operations, including Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and Exact.
• Strong accounting, numerical skills and familiarity with digital environments.
• Proactive, collaborative, and self-directed approach to work.
• Attention to detail and accountability for deliverables.
• You have valid working permit
• You have your own transportation to get to the office (max 1h from Ter Apel)
