Finance Manager - From Accountancy to Real Impact

Eindhoven / Hybrid Full-time €75,000 + bonus + learning budget

We're looking for a Finance Manager who's ready to help structure, scale, and steer a fast-growing company.

Whether you come from audit, advisory, accountancy, or a business control role - this is your chance to step into a broader position with real ownership and impact.

About the Role

You'll work closely with our CFO and Management Team to professionalize finance operations. Think reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and implementing scalable systems - all in a fast-moving environment.

Many key processes still need to be built or improved, so you'll have both the freedom and responsibility to shape them.

What You'll Do

• Co-develop a future-proof finance function with the CFO
• Build and improve core reporting: P&L, cash flow, forecasts, dashboards
• Translate numbers into insights that support strategic decisions (e.g. pricing, expansion)
• Set up and automate financial tools and processes for scale
• Own budgets and create clear, data-driven forecasts
• Collaborate with HR, Finance Ops, Support, and Marketing
• Manage external advisors (audit, tax, legal)
• Step in hands-on when needed - you ensure things get done
• Grow into a Finance Lead or Head of Finance role as we scale

What You Bring

• 3-6 years in finance, audit, accounting, or business control
• Strong analytical skills and a drive to move from reporting to decision-making
• A hands-on, proactive mindset - you're comfortable building from scratch
• Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally and with external advisors
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus, not a must)
