Barden are proud to be exclusively partnering with a leading well known Group to introduce a high calibre Finance Manager to their high performing team.
This is a high impact senior finance leadership role at the centre of a large, complex and evolving international organisation. The position plays a critical role in shaping how operational costs are understood, challenged and managed across the business. You'll lead a global team, partner with senior operational leaders, and influence decision making at scale - all while working in an environment that values pace, ownership and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a global OpEx reporting team, delivering high quality period end close, management reporting and financial insight in a fast paced environment.
- Own the end to end OpEx close process, ensuring accuracy, strong financial control and clear governance across accruals, prepayments and cost allocations.
- Produce clear, insightful management reporting with strong variance analysis and driver based commentary that informs senior decision making.
- Act as a trusted finance partner to senior operational stakeholders across functions, challenging performance and supporting effective cost management.
- Continuously enhance cost allocation methodologies, performance trackers and risk & opportunity oversight, while supporting group, statutory and audit reporting.
Who they are looking for:
- Qualified accountant with 5 years PQE in a similar commercial role.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to turn numbers into clarity
- Experience coaching or guiding junior team members
- Comfort working in a fast moving, evolving environment
- The confidence to influence at senior level and drive meaningful change
